What is Smooth Love Potion?
Smooth Love Potion (SLP) is the most recent version of ERC-20 reward and utility tokens in the Axie Infinity NFT gaming universe, minted during gameplay as a reward token and used as currency to breed new digital pets (Axies). Axies can be collected, raised, trained, and used for battles within the Axie Infinity universe. Each AXIE has unique characteristics to define rarity and strength with all genetic information stored on the blockchain. When two Axies are bred, the spent SLP is burned and replaced with a new Axie NFT. Each successive breeding requires more SLP token depending on the Breed Count of each parent Axie. Prior to SLP breeding Axies required XP (experience points) earned through battle with automated distribution. Upon release of Axie Infinity Ronin mainnet SLP was rebranded from Small Love Potion to Smooth Love Potion.
