What is Sentinel [OLD]?
DVPN is the platform utility token for Sentinal, an open source, decentralized Virtual Private Network (dVPN) and blockchain bandwidth infrastructure provider for Web 3.0 built on Cosmos SDK. The Sentinal ecosystem is comprised of a network of autonomous dVPN applications, working together to enable private browsing and censorship resistant internet access while reducing the carbon footprint of traditional VPN. Users can stake DVPN token to one or more Sentinal validator nodes to earn passive income for helping secure Sentinal's Cosmos based Hub and the individual dVPN networks built on Sentinal. Users can also become "Bandwidth Miners" by monetizing unused bandwidth within the Sentinel p2p bandwidth sharing network.
