What is Metformin?
Our team of three experienced medical doctors, with a strong track record of publications in high-impact SCI and SCI-Expanded journals, is embarking on an ambitious research project to investigate the longevity benefits of metformin.
Metformin, widely recognized for its efficacy in managing type 2 diabetes, has drawn growing interest for its potential to influence aging and chronic disease pathways. Preclinical and clinical studies suggest that metformin may play a pivotal role in modulating mechanisms associated with aging, opening new avenues for research in longevity science.
As part of this initiative, we are planning a series of animal experiments to explore the mechanisms by which metformin may impact longevity. These studies will help elucidate how metformin modulates biological processes linked to aging and provide critical insights into its therapeutic potential beyond its traditional applications.
Our aim is to contribute meaningful insights to the existing body of knowledge by designing and conducting rigorous studies. Through evidence-based research and scientific collaboration, we strive to advance understanding in this promising field and provide a foundation for future innovations in age-related medicine.
