What is Kadena?
KDA is the native token for the Kadena hybrid blockchain network. The Kadena ecosystem is built upon a sharded layer-1 Proof of Work (PoW) public network and the proprietary smart contract programming language Pact. Kadena's high-performance permissioned network is designed to connect to any public blockchain, enabling custom service architecture within decentralized frameworks. Kadena's public blockchain network has over time expanded from 10 to 20 integrated chains. Kadena's human readable smart contract language Pact uses military-grade encryption features including Formal Verification. Kadena's dev team created J.P. Morgan’s first blockchain and also worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
