What is Gatechain Token?
GateChain (GT) is a next-generation public blockchain created by cryptocurrency exchange platform Gate.io to promote on onchain asset safety and decentralized trading. GateChain mainnet provides blockchain developers with a lighting fast smart contract virtual machine to create decentralized applications (dApps). GateChain Blockchain presents an industry-first clearing mechanism and uniquely designed account structures allowing users to transfer payments, issue their own digital assets, create multi-signature accounts, and reach network consensus using a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validation mechanism.
