What is Einsteinium?
Einsteinium coin is a cryptocurrency based on Bitcoin. Einsteinium is very similar to Bitcoin in its technical capabilities with its unique attribute being its philanthropy nature. To be more specific, Einsteinium is also used to finance research projects and they donate 2% of the all coins extracted from mining to scientific research projects. The process of selecting and funding these projects resets every epoch, these epochs consist of 36,000 blocks and lasts roughly 25 days. After these 36,000 blocks are mined the community will vote on the next research project to be funded and the process will start a new. To continue hitting their goals as a philanthropic organisation and maintain its relevance, Einsteinium is developing a trading infrastructure and already provides its own wallet with free transactions for EMC2.
