What is Cap?
CAP is the native token for cap.finance, a decentralized margin trading platform for the Arbitrum Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain network, enabling users to open long or short positions across dozens of markets, including cryptocurrencies and commodities with up to 100x leverage using ETH as collateral. Cap v1 decentralized exchange is hosted on the Interplanetary File System or IPFS, with price data provided by Chainlink. The Cap single asset ETH vault pays out trader profits while receiving losses, fees, and interest paid in ETH. Users stake ETH to take the opposite side of Cap trading positions automatically using a "you win when they lose" and vice versa earning model.
